  • Dr.
    Grace Pham
    Doctor

    Joining Us August of 2024
    Dr. Grace Pham is a native Texan who grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. 

    Dr. Pham obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Dallas in 2012. After a change of heart regarding attending graduate school for English Literature, Dr. Pham completed a Masters of Science in Medical Sciences at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and ultimately stayed to complete her DO and PhD degrees, graduating in 2020.

    As a medical student, Dr. Pham served as treasurer for her campus's Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association chapter, volunteering at health fairs in the community. Dr. Pham will graduate from her psychiatry residency at Baylor College of Medicine in June 2024. 

    As a resident, Dr. Pham was selected as an American Psychiatric Association/SAMHS AMinority Fellowship recipient for the 2022-2023 cycle. 

    Dr. Pham practices general adult psychiatry and has particular interests in interventional psychiatry and psychedelic medicine.

    Daniel Ha
    Doctor

     Dr. Daniel Ha was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. He attended Texas A&M University graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science in Biological Sciences. He attended University of North Texas where he received his Master's of Medical Sciences in 2014. He graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center receiving his M.D. in 2018 where he served in Medical Student Government, as a Dean's Ambassador, and Medical Student Service President. He completed psychiatry residency at The University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in 2022 and affiliated hospitals Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Regional One Hospital, Lakeside Behavioral Health, Memphis Mental Health Institute, and Alliance Health Services. During his training, he served as Didactics and Wellness Chair and received his Resident as Educator award. After residency, Dr. Ha and his wife, who is an OBGYN, moved back to Austin, TX. Dr. Ha specializes in adult general psychiatry. He also provides psychiatric services at Austin Lakes Hospital.

  • Dr.
    David Flume
    Doctor

    Dr. David Flume, a native Texan, attended the University of Washington in Seattle where he received his Bachelor of Science in psychology in 1981. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, 1985. His psychiatry residency was completed at Pacific Presbyterian Medical Center in San Francisco, California in 1989. He and his wife, Dr. Shiree Flume, have been living and practicing psychiatry in Austin since 1989. Dr. Flume specializes in adult (18 years and older) general psychiatry. He worked for 15 years with the Access Clinic at the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless (ARCH).

    Dr. David Flume is no longer seeing new patients.

    Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 1991.

    Dr. David Flume will be retiring on August 1st of 2024.


  • Dr. Shiree Flume
    Retired

    Dr. Shiree Flume, a Texas native, attended the University of Texas at Austin graduating in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. After practicing hospital pharmacy for 3 years she attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas receiving her M.D. in 1985. She completed her internship and residency in psychiatry at the University of California Medical Center at San Francisco and the Langley Portner Neuropsychiatric Institute in San Francisco in 1989. After residency she and husband, Dr. David Flume, moved back to Austin where they have lived and practiced psychiatry since 1989. Dr. Flume specializes in adult (18 years and older) general psychiatry.

    Dr. Shiree Flume has retired and is no longer seeing patients.
